ARE YOU HEART HEALTHY?
The Coronach Primary Health Care team is hosting a session on heart health. You should come and attend the session if you:
- have family history of heart disease
- have high blood pressure
- have high cholesterol
- have diabetes
We will discuss risk factors for heart disease and how to decrease those risks. Each participant will have the opportunity to measure their risk factors at this session.
The session will take place on:
Tuesday, February 4th, 2014
1:00PM to 2:30PM
