As most of you know, Dr. Glaeske is no longer traveling to Coronach to provide services.  He will be seeing patients in Assiniboia until the end of January.

Nurse Practitioner, Sarah Nicol will now be in Coronach on Mondays and Thursdays.

At our clinic we us an Electronic Medical Record which is a computer based program and is specific to one practice or organization.  If you would like to have a copy of your file of remain with the Coronach clinic, please stop by and sign a consent form before the end of January.  Your original file will stay with Dr. Glaeske’s clinic in Assiniboia.

For January, the Clinic will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you cannot make it here before the end of January and would still like your files 

transferred over, you will still be able to do so through Dr. Glaeske’s clinic in Assiniboia.
