1st the Physicians will be returning to Coronach for in person
appointments.
Clinic
days will be as follows:
Mondays:
Nurse Practitioner-Phone call appts. only
Tuesdays:
Physician – In person Appointments
Thursdays:
Nurse Practitioner – In person Appointments
Please note:
In order to attend an in-person appointment with
the Physician or Nurse Practitioner, you must:
1.
Clean Your Hands
2.
Put on a mask
3.
Answer screening questions
